My family used the services of JJ Martin following the death of my beloved father earlier this year. We could not have been better looked after. Edward Waller, as the front man for this firm, was warm, kind, respectful and empathetic, and also wonderfully efficient and prompt. He took on all the issues of the cremation service, the subsequent Thanksgiving service and eventually the interment of ashes. He also took all the paper work off our shoulders. He was in touch and on top of things at all times. We could not have had a more trustworthy companion through this difficult time. Brian Goad ’s long experience and the traditional dignity which the team at JJ Martin brought to all proceedings was very reassuring and comforting. Five stars and thank you from all the family.
